OCEAN SYMPHONY

Waves of grief wash over me,
Of crashing swirling sorrow;
With memories of yesterday,
And pain of endless tomorrows.

A maelstrom of agony,
Awash within my soul;
A tide that pulls my dreams to sea,
My heart now in its hold.

A symphony of ocean songs,
Float gently 'cross the shore;
Then dance upon the crashing waves,
Till they exist no more.

The water pounds incessantly,
Destroying every dream;
Pulling with the raging tide,
Now swept into the sea.

A litany of sorrow,
A tear filled melody;
Now swept away by surging tide,
In an Ocean Symphony.
