. . . RHONDA'S SONG . .
.
There is a place of quiet rest,
Where troubles are no more;
A place of peace and harmony,
Beyond the golden shore.
A place where sorrow cannot live,
And tears will never fall;
Where others bade me from the gate,
To come inside the walls.
Upon my ears a song did fall,
The sweetest melody;
The angel’s voices lifted high,
In perfect harmony.
My eyes beheld the glory,
Of beauty beyond compare;
I looked for familiar faces,
And found them waiting there.
My loved ones gathered ‘round me,
Their cry was “Welcome home;
Your journey now is over,
And you’ll never be alone.”
I turned and looked...and there He stood,
The One who died for me;
He said, “My child, you are My own,
My love has set you free.”
So when your hearts are filled with grief,
Just look beyond the blue;
For I am safe and I am home,
And I will wait for you.

~~ HAPPY BIRTHDAY, RHONDA ~~
August 26
In our dreams we see you,
As you were for those few years,
A life so short, so filled with love,
We remember through our tears;
The memories you left us,
Will never leave our hearts;
So happy birthday, Angel,
Even though we’re far apart.
