WATERCOLOR ROMANCE Across the canvas colors splash, Each one a pastel hue; The watercolors of my life, The colors bright and true. A yellow splash of sunlight, As soft as a lover's embrace; Warming as a summer's sun, Shining gently on my face. The tender breath of passion, In the pink that swirls and blends; Floating across the canvas, In a dance that never ends. The blue of the sky and the flower, The green of the grass and the trees; One the color of heartbreak, One of love's jealousy.
